Our commitment to offer consumers fresh and premium milk and dairy products starts in our dairy farms, which is the biggest in the country, with the capacity to accommodate 15,000 cows. Currently, our farms are home to over 7,000 Holstein cows, carefully selected and imported from Holland and Denmark, according to strict criteria. The farms feature the latest technology to ensure cow comfort and safety.
Our herd meets our total milk requirement, which gives us direct control over the quality and supply of our products.
Our modern hi-tech dairy farms infrastructure encompasses two mega farms, milking centers, cow barns, young stock barns, feed centers, calf rearing hutches, and a waste management system.
Cows are provided with superior care, nutrition and highest feeding supplies as its health plays a key role in Alyoum high quality fresh milk. We follow advanced technologies and modern milking equipment’s to ensure cows health and milk best quality. Cows are also provided with the best care in a temperature-controlled environment.
A large plot of land is dedicated to a variety of trees and crops to enable the production of fresh fruits and other food items.
120,000 trees are distributed over 1,625,000 Sqm of agricultural land. The varieties of trees that can be found are olive trees, peach & nectarine trees, grape trees and apricot trees with 500,000 Sqm of land dedicated to growing sweet corn and cow feed.
